My experience with Visage Dermatology &Aesthetic Center has been very positive.The front desk was very professional and the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and courteous. The office atmosphere is a reflection of Dr.St. Surin-Lord. The doctor is so very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was treated with respect and the treatment plan was pleasing and agreeable with me. I have mobility issues and I was assisted from the waiting area to treatment room.The wait time was short. I loved the experience at Visage and will continue to go there even though I live 45 miles away. I also ,have
referred a family member to the office. Thank you for the love

Review is the same.. Always a pleasant experience.
I'm no stranger to Visage Dermatology and Aesthetic Center. After changes were made in the office with the staff, it was greatly improved. Dr. St Surin is like your friend. She's knowledgeable in her field, experience and genuinely cares about the well-being of the patients. I felt like we knew each other because she remembered me from years ago. I felt like giving her a hug as a friend I hadn't seen as we caught up on skin-care and life since my visit years ago. Marty really worked that front desk and was like a good friend that wanted to make sure you "got what you needed." This experience was wonderful. The wait wasn't long, the staff was polite, friendly and very professional. The rooms are just enough to feel comfortable in getting services. I will definitely come back when in need of dermatology services because I was treated wonderfully from the time I came in after being greeted from the time I left. Awesome

Dr. ST Surin-Lord was absolutely fantastic!!!
She was knowledgeable, attentive and she has terrific bedside manners, (and I can’t leave out her fantastic personality!).
She diagnosed my skin condition, (without making me feel self conscious), and came up with a solution that helped me back to normal!
The office was clean, and I was made to feel welcome by her staff from the time I walked in, until the time I walked out.
I highly recommend visiting

The staff was friendly and responsive, and the process to use their virtual platform was smooth and efficient. Dr. St. Surin was pleasant, attentive, and addressed all my concerns during our call. I appreciated the convenience of the virtual visit and the professional service provided, and I'm looking forward to my in-person visit.

I changed from my previous dermatologist to Dr.St.Surin, her bedside manner is really pleasant and she understands my concerns.i love how she converses with you and makes you feel welcomed, not just as a patient but as a human being. Front desk staff is polite and friendly especially the lady with the blonde hair who always has a smile on her face.
