Dr Lee was very thorough. I went in asking to look at a rash/bump on my back. And not only he addressed that but he check all areas of my skin. Making sure there was nothing else needed to be checked. He asked questions and allowed me to speak. Felt I was heard. Most doctors just look at what you write as the complaint. But Dr. Lee and staff went above and beyond. Making it feel I was heard and seen. So I do appreciate that. Staff is amazing, funny and caring. Definitely if I have any other skin concerns I will come back.

Changed most recent appointment time without asking or informing. Could not courteously handle a customer service call about it, even appropriately offer to pass along the problem (without my prompt), and without flippant answers that even developed a snide tone.
Previously, I changed physicians within the practice because my former doctor knocked the drape off my bottom & I had to reach off the table to retrieve it to re-cover myself, & he’d also made a comparison between people with my coloring (natural redhead) and “Aliens” (from space).

I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the wait time was not too long. Dr. Yu explained my problem clearly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this office!

Great first visit at Sona Dermatology of Germantown. Arrived early to complete paperwork. Kayla at the front desk/check-in was outstanding. Very friendly, welcoming and quick to get me in to see Dr. Pillemer.
Dr. Pillemer was excellent. Listened to my concerns, completed his examination and then explained his diagnoses and recommendations. Straight forward and very professional and friendly.
Office is located on the second floor. Plenty of parking. Office is bright, spacious and clean.
Overall a great experience. Had to wait several months for the appointment, but that is the only downside. But I am pleased with everything.
