When I arrived to my appointment, the receptionist informed me that my appointment was actually for the next day! However, Dr. Keaney agreed to seeing me that same day - truly so nice! From the liaison consult, to the pictures, to Dr. Keaney taking the time to explain what works best for my skin, I was impressed. I booked my first service and I look forward to receiving quality care from SkinDC in the future!
Great staff! Explains things very well. Cool sculpting results are good. I did see benefits very fast which is rare but I did see some results immediately. Ragan is great! She knows her stuff. Go do a consultation and I'm sure you'll go with SkinDC for any wanted treatments.
Couldn't and wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. They started out great, but since have almost doubled their prices and services have declined drastically. We waited 18 minutes past our appointment time, even though we got there 10 minutes early, and the person that was specifically requested had left, and they just made a decision for us, to see someone else. To add insult to injury, they have an attitude about it. Switched to a new place, only been once, but night and day difference so far, office is in Foggy Bottom, but at almost half price and better work, I'll drive the extra 10 minutes.
Dr.Stovall is the absolute best! She addressed all of my concerns quickly, thoroughly and without judgment. I felt really comfortable in her care- she has a very warm bedside manner. I highly recommend her and won’t see anyone else!
Had such a great first visit at SkinDC with Dr. Naga and Abby. I went in for melasma and left feeling really confident about the plan. Dr. Naga was honest and realistic about what’s possible, which I really appreciated, and I never felt rushed or pressured. She also shared a longer-term anti-aging plan that feels flexible and doable over time, with different options to consider. Abby was amazing—so kind, answered all my questions, walked me through everything, and even followed up afterward. The front desk was also very welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall just a really positive experience and an excellent first impression.
