My toddler has been dealing with moderate to severe eczema triggered by seasonal/environmental allergies. The allergist treats the allergies and had reservations on the treatment for the eczema that was advised by the pediatrician. So with some back and forth between the physicians, they both agreed the best person to treat my kid’s eczema would be the dermatologist. Making an appointment here was easy. The call was pick up right away and appointment availability was reasonable. The facility is clean, calm, and pleasant. The staff is kind and helpful. A medication was denied by my insurance and the staff communicated with me how to navigate getting the best price on the medication. We met with a PA. She inspected my son carefully. She listened to all the things that had happened, what treatments worked and did not work and the feedback from the other doctors etc. She was attentive and explained things really well and answered my questions. It was a good experience.

Absolutely first rate. Very caring, capable staff understanding of patient needs, Dr. Bajoghli is masterful and has an outstanding bedside manner. I will be forever grateful for him and his treatment.

I am a returning customer. Carmen was very kind to me as I was having laser hair removal on my lower legs, arms and face. I was worried as I am on a medication that makes my skin sensitive to light. She used both numbing cream as well as the cooling machine which made it tolerable. It is always delightful to talk with the receptionist. I love the McLean office.

I saw Carmen today for an eyeliner tattoo removal. She is an excellent provider; Carmen explained the procedure in detail as well as post care instructions. Another fantastic thing, Carmen speaks Spanish. I highly recommend her and the practice. The front desk receptionist was friendly and profesional

I am writing to express my disappointment with the results of my procedure. After being unhappy with the first result, I agreed to have the procedure repeated as recommended. Unfortunately, I am still not satisfied with the outcome. I appreciate the effort to redo the procedure; however, I would like to respectfully request consideration for a partial refund due to my continued dissatisfaction. This is extremely unprofessional. After leaving a 1-star review, I was told they could not find me in their system and that I should call when they had my information — despite the fact that they processed my payment. That response alone speaks volumes. I feel that customer satisfaction and cosmetic results are not their priority. It seems more focused on collecting payment rather than ensuring clients are happy with their results. Very disappointing experience.
