I rarely leave negative reviews, but after nearly three years as a loyal client, I feel it is necessary to share my experience.
Over the years, I have spent thousands of dollars at Prolase Medispa on laser hair removal packages, Morpheus8, chemical peels, Dysport/Botox, lip fillers, and facial fillers.
Unfortunately, the level of service and communication has declined significantly.
Recently, I prepaid for three facial fillers and specifically confirmed with Ali that they could be done during my Sunday laser appointment, since Sunday is my only day off. I also followed up by email and received confirmation that everything would be coordinated.
On the day of my appointment, I was running approximately 15 minutes late due to traffic and called ahead to let the office know. A few minutes before I arrived, I was informed that my appointment might need to be canceled because I was late and they already had another client scheduled. The receptionist then told me, "You can still come, but this is the last time we are making an exception " Excuse me, what?
When I arrived, there was nobody in the office except the receptionist and the laser technician. My laser treatment lasted approximately six minutes, and afterward the waiting area was still completely empty.
When I asked about my confirmed filler appointment, I was informed that no provider was available and that the procedure could not be performed because there was supposedly no appointment scheduled.
This level of service is simply unacceptable. I confirmed the appointment in person, confirmed it again by email, prepaid for the treatment, and still drove to the office only to discover that nothing had been properly arranged.
For a business that sells expensive prepaid treatment packages, communication, organization, and respect for a client's time should be the minimum standard.
After nearly three years as a loyal client, I can honestly say that the quality of service has declined significantly. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Prolase Medispa.

Breanna was absolutely wonderful. She is very professional, kind, and incredibly gentle, which made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, paid great attention to detail, and truly cares about her work and her clients.
You can tell she takes pride in what she does — her technique, attitude, and customer care are outstanding. She is a real asset to the team, and I hope her work is recognized because she truly deserves it.

Have received facials with Breanna on a regular basis and she’s excellent. Wonderful in how she treats your skin and she’s very kind and friendly. I wouldn’t see anyone else and highly recommend her!
