I have been a patient at Parish Dermatology for about 12 years, and have found them to be a superior practice. Over those years, Dr Parish has become my fav of all time Dr. She takes her time examining and diagnosing you and explains what she is doing to treat you. She answers all questions thoroughly and takes whatever time is necessary to treat you. She is a wonderful Dr who I very highly recommend.

I did not enjoy my experience with my child after her first visit with her dad I took her to this one the original doctor was not there so she seen a lady doctor who was to me very rude and would not let me talk after explaining to her they previously prescribed a lot of medicine that was not covered she did not take a look at my daughter skin she went off manly asking her questions she was very rude and I will not be back good thing I made her another appointment else where and prescription she wrote was so sloppy the pharmacies barely undershot and once again the prescription need prior authorization

I wouldn’t normally leave a medical review on google, but for anyone on the fence about this place, I had a perfectly fine experience and didn’t share any of the feelings in the negative reviews. I had Jennifer Parish and she was very good. It’s definitely more of a doctor’s office than a med spa if that’s an expectation. Given the reviews I was on high alert for issues but nothing seemed out of the norm vs. every other doctor’s office. Anyway, they deserve a fair shake.

Dr Parish may be a good Dr but the office management is absolutely classless and unprofessional. The office over charged my family member and then became confrontational and terrible attitude towards resolving the issue. It is not ok to treat people unprofessionally and give people a hard time about a mistake that they made.
They do not treat people fairly in the customer service with people who are spending money to be there. There are many other dermatologists in the area them this office who will treat every one professionally.

I’ve never even been to this derm, but I just called to confirm my appointment for tomorrow, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It was clear that she had no interest in providing customer service or even basic courtesy. I was so taken aback by the experience that I immediately canceled my appointment. I cannot recommend a place that treats potential patients this way.
