Edit: 12 hours after I wrote this review they called me back. So if you’re trying to get in contact with them, I’d recommend leaving a negative review. They respond quicker to that than to calling their office repeatedly. As for me, I’m just gonna go to a different doctor from now on.
Insurance didn't approve my medication because the staff did not give them the correct information. This was after I tried multiple times to contact the office to ensure they were working with insurance. No one ever picked up or called me back. Everyone was nice, but if they're not gonna answer phone calls during business hours or work with insurance I don't think its really worth going. Save yourself a copay or two and just go to a better doctor's office than this one.

This place has completely ghosted me after my appointment in which it was decided a prior authorization would be started. I have tried to get in contact with people and failed each time. Two weeks after my appointment, I called to ask for an update because I did not see any information or evidence that a PA had been started in my insurance account. They said they were backed up and it would be done within the week- to which I replied great. Later that day, I got a text confirmation from the clinic saying it had been submitted. For the next two weeks I checked with my insurance company to see if they had gotten anything. It had not showed up at all. I then called the office again, where I was told it would be submitted soon. So why did I receive this text confirmation? When I would call the office, I would explain my situation and the receptionist would simply say "um ok" then put me on hold, without telling me I was being put on hold just an abrupt begin to hold music. This occurred two additional times in which I was told the person who did these PAs was out of office and that it would be done by the end of the week. It was never done. It has not been done still to this day. It has been 2 months. The last time I called I was told I would get a call back from a supervisor about the details- this was the first time I was told someone would be in contact with me. My phone number was taken down because the "person who deals with this" was with a patient. I never received a call back from this supervisor. I genuinely think that no one has or had any idea what was going on and was simply trying to get it off of their plate in each moment. The one visit I had with Dr. Gonzalez was great, she was awesome. But that is it. I have since went to Dr. Rhett Kent at Forefront Dermatology and got my treatment plan authorized and started within 2 days of seeing him. I work in the medical field and I understand the complexities of this work but there is no excuse for what I experienced.

Huge fan of aesthetician, Danielle. She is attentive, listens with care, high professionalism while also being kind and concerned with my concerns. At 74, I've moved away from injections and such, and more into acceptance PLUS less invasive treatments, such as those Danielle provides. Her recommendations for my goals were perfect for my skin with better than expected results, and my complexion has never looked better, unavoidable smile lines and all. I wear less makeup, meaning less time to get myself out the door. She is the best aesthetician I have ever experienced. 10 stars!

The doctors are wonderful and provide excellent care, but unfortunately the administrative and billing experience has been extremely frustrating. I have been trying for months to schedule a specialized appointment and have made numerous attempts to get assistance. Each time I’m told someone will return my call, but I never receive a follow-up.
I also provided my updated insurance information, but they billed my old insurance anyway and have not responded to my attempts to get the issue corrected.
It’s disappointing because the medical care itself has been great, but the lack of communication, difficulty scheduling, and unresolved billing issues have led me to take my business elsewhere.

Danielle is the only esthethician I trust with my skin and tips on skincare. She's peerless - provides extraordinary service, and is a joy to be around. Very happy with my services at this practice. I'm wearing no foundation/makeup in this post facial photo - she made me glow!
