I had a great experience with PA Katie for my skin concerns. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and very easy to talk to. My appointment started right on time, and she took the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns and create a thoughtful plan moving forward. Overall, it was a very positive visit, and I highly recommend seeing her!

When Saturday hours became available I was finally able to go to the dermatologist. I've been seeing Cindy, who is wonderful, and she caught a skin cancer first visit. They followed up through my MO visits and rescheduling reminders. I'm very happy with my care and the other staff I've had contact with.

Amazing care provided by Dr. Bansal to my entire family and I absolutely love all my procedures with Stephanie. She has helped guide me in areas that would benefit from Botox, as well as the places I was unhappy with volume loss. She expertly added filler and the results are astounding. I would highly recommend a consultation with her.

Dr. Sook is the best, she listens to my concerns and was able to get me on the medication I needed.
Everyone at front desk is awesome as-well.
I had sever eczema for the longest and it is finally not bothering me to the point where I was miserable.
The only person Ive had issues with is a lady on the phone, she doesn’t comprehend what I am calling about and is quick to try and hang up without listening. I called about something I had prior talked about and I called just to confirm and she said that I could not do that. She barely even talked when I asked something and only said ok ma’am have a good day. Lol i’m not one to complain about front desk as I know they are busy but everyone else has been amazing. Not sure what her name is but she has an accent.

The provider (Hyun) spent less than five minutes with me for a 30 minute appointment. I’ve never felt so rushed out the door in any medical appointment in my life. She came in the room looked at my condition and said I needed surgery and that they would call me to schedule and picked up her folder and started leaving before I could ask any questions. As she walked out she realized while standing in the door that she should probably explain the surgery procedure because they wouldn’t have an appointment with the surgeon beforehand. She explained it so quickly I could barely follow what she was saying. When I asked one question she looked visibly impatient. I was so overwhelmed I cried afterward. Needless to say I did not schedule the surgery with them. Awful. Will not go back.
