I’ve been a client of Laura’s at MD Dermatology and Laser Center for several years, and I can’t say enough good things about her and the care she provides. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and confident in every treatment plan. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also compassionate and genuinely attentive to her patients' needs. I’ve referred several family members to her over the years, and they’ve all had the same amazing experience. The practice uses top-of-the-line equipment, and it truly makes a difference in the quality and effectiveness of the results. Been going to Dr Saini's practice for well over 10 years. He and his staff are awesome. Whether its for laser treatment, delicate to tough skin challenges they will nod disapoint. Well I had an appointment with them a few years ago & it was perfect. I made an appointment 2 months in advance, the office called 2 days before my appointment to cancel. They then advised me that I couldn’t get another appointment for 3 months unless I wanted to drive 70 miles to a different location. I asked if they could call me if they had any cancellations and was just told no. It was very frustrating and the staff member I spoke with had an awful disposition, she was very short and inconvenienced by my call. My previous experience was so nice that I was surprised by the little interest they had in taking care of me. As much as I was pleased with my first visit I am now going to a different dermatologist. If you are looking for quality care and patient interest, I would look elsewhere because they give neither of those.
The provider, Cynthia Thompson, walked into the visit 20 minutes late and stated she did not have time to address all my concerns because she is double booked. I expressed my frustration regarding this and she abruptly and rudely left the room and never came back. She has a pretty mean attitude and makes you feel like you’re bothering her. I have been a patient at this practice for 5 years, but unfortunately my amazing provider left the practice. Due to this incident with Cynthia, I will not be returning and will find another practice.
This was 1 of the most pleasant visits I've ever had at a Doctor's office ❣️ Everyone had a Great personality from the front desk to the Dr. Dr. Saini walked into the exam room smiling and giving a warm welcome! He treated me like I was his friend❣️ His assistant Jordan was an absolute sweetheart❣️ We all had fun and I didn't want to leave! It's a shame all office visits aren't so welcoming with positive attitudes. They should teach a class on how to make your patients feel comfortable and welcome!
