Her response felt dismissive (including a smirk) and was simply that she was counseling another patient. I had confirmed in advance that appointment times would be honored because I had another appointment. They weren’t, and I had to leave without being seen. I understand delays happen, but a brief update and a respectful response would have made a difference. I’ve had other doctors who are considerate of patients’ time and communicate when they’re running behind.

I had a fantastic appointment at McLean Dermatology and Skincare Center with Dr. Kaitlyn Schiavone.

My experience with McLean Dermatology was exceptional. The admin staff is very responsive and helpful. Asking questions and setting the appointment was easy before I even got there. The office is very pretty and clean all the staff looks very professional and classy. My appointment was with Sarah Walker and she is so friendly and warm and made me feel comfortable.
