What stood out to me most was that I never felt rushed or dismissed. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examine the areas I was concerned about, and answer every question I had. She struck the perfect balance of taking my concerns seriously without exaggerating them, while also providing thoughtful and practical recommendations based on my individual goals.

Over 45 minutes late with no communication. When the doctor finally arrived, I asked about the delay. Her response felt dismissive (including a smirk) and was simply that she was counseling another patient. I had confirmed in advance that appointment times would be honored because I had another appointment. They weren’t, and I had to leave without being seen. I understand delays happen, but a brief update and a respectful response would have made a difference. I’ve had other doctors who are considerate of patients’ time and communicate when they’re running behind.

My experience with McLean Dermatology was exceptional. The admin staff is very responsive and helpful. Asking questions and setting the appointment was easy before I even got there. The office is very pretty and clean all the staff looks very professional and classy. My appointment was with Sarah Walker and she is so friendly and warm and made me feel comfortable. Sarah is very knowledgeable and the information she gave me is very useful. My appointment was on time and very efficient. I loved it. I'll be coming back. Thank you everyone at McLean Dermatology!

I’ve been seeing Dr Lily for 7 years and I love her so much! If you are a busy mom and working professional she’ll have you in and out. No idle chit chat, no awkward fake laughing. She is a truly skilled professional! I absolutely love the all women vibe in the office and I feel like her staff is well trained, professional and happy to be there. If you’re looking for great results and a fast and easy experience Dr Lily is your Stanford residency, highly educated, bestie boss!!
