My first time at LaserAway was a great experience! I still have 7 treatments remaining, but so far everything has been excellent. A special shoutout to Nurse Taylor!she was amazing, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Looking forward to my next treatments!
I’ve been going to LaserAway Arlington for about a year and a half now, and I can honestly say the results have been way better than I ever expected. I’ve lost weight, gained weight, lost it again, and there were areas I just assumed would never really improve. I genuinely didn’t think some of the changes I’ve seen were possible, but here we are. The treatments themselves are also much easier than I expected. Some are a little uncomfortable, but they’re quick, totally manageable, and absolutely worth it when you start seeing the results. What really makes this location stand out, though, is the staff. Every time I walk in, they’re so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely excited for me. I always end up chatting with them because they’re just good people. You can tell they love what they do, and they take real pride in helping their clients. It never feels fake or salesy, it just feels like they actually care. The location is also super convenient, there’s always parking nearby, and I’ve never had any issues getting to my appointments. I recommend LaserAway Arlington to anyone who’s thinking about it. The results have been incredible, and the people there are a huge part of why I keep coming back.
Went in for another laser appt. This was my first time at this location. Myesha was so welcoming and helpful. I appreciated the laser tech. It was spicier, as they say, than usual but I think I may be completely hairless after this appt! The tech was very professional and seemingly more thorough and my usual tech. I can’t wait to see the results!
100000000/10 experience! They are so so sweet and make everyone feel special and like family, i been to other locations and didn’t get the best experience but even though this location is farther away it’s definitely worth the drive! The nurse was amazing and very knowledgeable
Literally the worst place ever. They tell you one thing when trying to sell their package but will not honor the deal during your appointment. They won’t even notify you until they’ve waste an hour of your time. I had bought a 10 session laser tattoo removal package. I still had 3 sessions when they told me they changed their policy and that I could no longer use them. They also told me this mid appointment after I took my time driving here. When asked about being credited for those session they said they were worth less than 1 treatment. They told me I couldn’t do my laser tattoo removal if I didn’t pay extra to make up the difference. The employees are liars and rude. They tried to deny me the service for numbing that I specifically paid for additionally with the package. She said that it’s “complimentary” and they didn’t have time for numbing. I’ve never ever written a bad review but this place literally had me in tears. I would absolutely avoid this place if I were you!
