My experience with Profile MD was exceptional. Dr Mallalieu discussed the various ways to approach my concerns that were less costly. His attention to detail made all the difference. He followed up personally to learn if I had any questions. From the receptionist to the nurse, everyone was welcoming and professional. The practice made me feel valued and cared for. I highly recommend Profile MD for all cosmetic concerns.
The staff were amazing! From walking in the door I was greeted with a warm smile. Theresa the med tech was knowledgeable and left no question unanswered. I met with the doctor and when I tell you he was kind, open and honest. He did not try and force a procedure that would not benefit me. I was so impressed because most physicians will just tale your money and do a procedure that’s not appropriate. I totally thank and recommended this office and practice! I had the most amazing first Botox experience thanks to Rachel and Tina! From the moment I walked in, they were both so warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. I was honestly a little nervous going in, but it didn’t hurt at all, which I totally didn’t expect for my first time! Their technique is top-notch, and their calm, friendly vibes made the whole experience feel so comfortable and stress-free. I absolutely loved Rachel and Tina and they truly made my first experience perfect. I can’t recommend them enough! 💕
I cannot recommend Nurse Practitioner Tina enough! She is incredibly talented with all fillers and Botox. She injected my cheeks and chin with literally no pain, and I look AMAZING! My Botox treatments with her are always perfect—she is truly amazing! Rachel R.N. has been doing my laser hair removal treatments and recently my Moxi/BBL treatment, and the results are incredible. She makes you feel so comfortable and is such a sweetheart. I can’t wait to come back for another session in the fall! If you’re looking for skilled, caring professionals, these two are absolutely the best!
