I have been going to Dr. Chew for several years. I always have a good visit — she is well qualified, well experienced and easy to talk to and a good listener! She has a great team as well. The front desk staff are always friendly and do their job well while exhibiting good customer service. Today, I’d like to give a shout out to Mitsy who helped me out with my appointment. I really appreciated it.

The doctor was very professional. He explains everything on the procedures to be done and makes sure you are comfortable and at ease . The procedures were done in a breeze and with very minimal pain. He was very thorough in his examination of my concerns. Truly, it as an amazing experience. Thank you and kudos to my cery good doctor. God bless.

Very good experience. I originally went to see Dr. Chew about a year ago and remembered how knowledgeable she was and I just recently went in for a visit. The staff was quick and courteous as well first time meeting Dr. Reznikova today, she was very knowledgeable as well and knew right away how to treat my issue. Thanks to forefront I am feeling much better. I highly recommend going to Forefront.

I was extremely pleased. The doctor was very nice very professional. The entire staff was also very nice and professional, they were very friendly when I had to cancel my first appointment and reschedule. Further, the part I like the most was I had an 11 o’clock appointment and they took me back to see the doctor at 10:57 AM instead of making me wait in the waiting room like most places forever. I would definitely recommend This practice and will certainly use them in the future.

I went two years ago and felt that practice was adequate. It appeared to be more cosmetic than medical. Front staff very Rude.... but I was hopeful. When I tried to book the following year, I called more than six times. Each call I was immediately put on hold. On some of my calls I was disconnected after minutes on hold, other times just hung up on. A few times I was put into a VM and left a message with no return phone call. HEY MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO! I can't spend my time trying to get an appointment when the receptionist or phone service does not want to do the job they were hired and paid to do. I am only posting this now since I have recently been sent text messages to book online and suddenly they have openings in near future after I tried so hard to get an appointment to no avail last year. I found another dermatologist in Elkridge and got a new patient appointment within weeks and after my appointment the very nice receptionist booked me for my yearly follow up. THAT IS HOW A PROFESSIONAL WELL RUN OFFICE SHOULD BE RUN!!!
