Dr Mesfin is so caring and explains the procedure that she is performing on you so you can understand everything along the way.. She puts you at ease and takes the fear out of the whole process. She is one of the best doctors I have had and I highly recommend her for the removal of any type of cancer. She is the best!

Unfortunately, it has been very difficult to contact the office or speak with a member of the medical staff. While scheduling an appointment and handling billing are straightforward, I have not had the same experience when trying to reach someone with a medical question.
I left five voicemail messages over a two-week period on different days, but unfortunately, I never received a callback. I had a question about my medication and prescription, but I was unable to get an answer over the phone or even through the patient portal. It appears that I will need to visit the office in person just to have my question addressed.
I understand that medical offices can be very busy, but I hope they can improve their communication with patients, especially when it comes to responding to medical questions and returning phone calls.

Gianna and Cindy are billing managers that scam they're patients.... the worst managers i have ever talked to...i want to say. I had the worst experience here. First id like to say they misdiagnosed me. I went through two painful procedures to end up with another diagnosed that did not need any procedures. They also lied about how much it was. They charged me 500 dollars for a 200 dollar procedure. When I confronted them. They lied about the procedure. I begged them for months to listen to me...finally i booked an appoinment I had to go in with a phone and record my conversation with the doctor to prove they lied about the procedure. Please be very careful with this place. I promise everything I've said here is true and I plan to take action by small claims court fot the malpractice and putting me through collections

Dr. Issa is a good doctor, and he correctly diagnosed my nickel allergy. However, I need to receive nickel‑allergy shots every three months, and the medication is delivered to the office for my appointments.
One time, I scheduled an appointment, went in, and waited almost an hour. Then I was told the medication hadn’t been delivered.
This time, I contacted the medication company directly, they said they did deliver it. But when I called the office, they said they never received it.
For the past ten days, I’ve called multiple times and left voicemails, but no one has called me back. I have no idea what is going on.
It has now been more than three months from my last shots that I took, and I’m experiencing health issues because of the delay. I am very frustrated with their unprofessional behaviors

I had a very disappointing experience at this office, particularly with PA Abigail Shaw. Our visit felt rushed spent only a few minutes (5-7min) with us, offered little to no explanation, and we left feeling unheard and uncertain. Unfortunately, the issue was not properly addressed, and we are still dealing with it.
I had originally hoped to see Dr. Taylor, but was told she was either not accepting new patients or had no availability. Regardless, the level of care we received during this visit was far below expectations.
I truly hope the practice takes patient concerns more seriously and improves the quality of care and communication.
