I really enjoyed my first appointment. Both Tamara and Gigi were great. I did the Diamondglow facial and people 3 days later commented that my skin was glowing, not knowing I had any treatments at all. Asha at the front desk is super helpful as well when I've called before and after my appointment for more detailed info! Can't wait for my June appointment!

I saw PA Mona today for my Botox appointment. She was very professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. She explained the treatment thoroughly and performed my injections with minimal pain and discomfort. The office was clean, welcoming, and inviting, which made the entire experience even more comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend her.

Scheduled my daughter an appointment with Dr. Khent. Appointment was at 8:50am we were stuck in an accident and we reached the clinic at 9:07am. The receptionist said sorry we have a 15 minute grace period and your 2 minutes over. We had to wait in a line to get to the counter to checkin hence the 2 minutes.
She was dripping with attitude and was extremely rude. I asked for the OM who came and spoke to me and said we would have to wait another 1 hour to be seen. While waiting I over heard them talking about patients being late and how people make the lamest excuses.
We have been patients with Dr. Khent longer than the receptionists have been working here. Horrible horrible service. I held my tongue because he is a good doctor however the staff at the front desk are horrible women. So sloppy and unprofessional. They behave like they are doing us a favor. They forget that our co-pays pay their salaries. Sorry Dr. Khent we really like you and you’re a good doctor but you need to do something about your support staff upfront. You want receptionists who speak well and know how to speak. Just because we were late by 2 minutes we had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Horrible and pathetic service

I should put five stars, five starts for doctor Kent, for Victoria and the nurse lady. They are all very nice , very professional and quick to get back to patient. The reason for 4 stars is the front desk lady with big glasses frames. She deserves one star. She’s very disrespectful. When I asked her for the bathroom, I misunderstood the directions, and when I went back and asked her again, her answer was “ like I said , turn to the right.. blah blah”. She doesn’t make eye contact. The whole time I was talking to her her eyes were on the computer monitor , didn’t even bother to look at me once. Twice or three times I asked her “ which board you want me to sign?” Her board was covered with other items on the reception desk, and she kind of just let me figure out which board she was referring to. As I was checking out, I gave her a slip of paper given to me by the doctor, to help her make an appointment. She took it from my hand and put it right in the trash. She didn’t ask “ do you want this back. I said to her “ I would like this back please.” She didn’t answer. Then I said it again, she answered with “ yes I got you, I need to go grab a key”. Absolutely rude and dismissive. I tried to not let that bother me. I am sure I’m not the only one who thinks she’s rude. On the other hand, doctor Kent is wonderful. My advise is to seriously coach this employee and expect a result, if the employee continues to show this kind of attitude, it’s going to hurt the business . I’ve changed providers before, and I’ll do it again if I have to tolerate this toxic attitude . If the first person I interact with is rude, and they’re just an admin, it ruins my entire experience with that practice.

Both Dr Rhett Kent and the MA who saw me had fantastic bedside manner, were patient with my questions and addressed all my concerns. While I had to wait more than expected for my appointment it was absolutely worth it given their thorough care
