First time client. Very professional, kind, and helpful staff. Dr. Ife Rodney is professional, attentive, transparent, and immediate. I went in for a 'mole' on my back on a Tuesday. After her examination she said that she wanted to do a biopsy. It was scheduled 2 days later. It wasn't a painful extraction. I asked her questions during the surgery and she answered them clearly. I highly recommend Dr. Rodney for your dermatological and anesthetic needs.

I’ve had a great experience with Eternal Dermatology. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients. Every service I’ve received has worked well and delivered great results. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Eternal Dermatology to anyone looking for quality skincare and excellent service.

Dr Pam was very knowledgeable and beautiful so was her assistant love them so far my first visit UPDATE:: 7/21/26 a week later I still don’t have the prescription that was prescribed to me from this place because they make you use elevation pharmacy, which is a delivery pharmacy that you can’t walk into and they don’t accept my insurance. Now had they did a thorough consultation and thought that out ( if their pharmacy would accept my insurance) I would’ve never wasted my time going to the appointment . only downfall about that place why would my insurance pay for the appointment but not the prescription makes no sense at all then you have the staff telling you wrong verbiage over the phone about prior authorizations that she knows nothing about and I work for prescription prior authorizations. That’s literally what I do as a living every day for the past four years. Sadly, this will probably be my first and last visit I won’t be going to a place that accepts my insurance for the visit, but not the prescription waste of time.

This was my first medical dermatology appointment at Eternal Dermatology and Aesthetic Center. The visit felt very rushed, and I didn't have the opportunity to address all of the concerns I had planned to discuss. I was told the doctor would come in briefly to introduce themselves, but after waiting about 15–20 minutes, I had to leave to get to work. I also found it somewhat difficult to reach the office to schedule an appointment and get a receipt, as calls appear to be handled through an outsourced service rather than directly by the office. Overall, the experience was not as smooth or patient-centered as I had hoped.

I chose Eternal Dermatology because I had heard so many wonderful things about Dr. Ife Rodney, which made me genuinely excited for my consultation. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to those expectations. I arrived early, completed my paperwork, and still waited about 20 to 25 minutes before being brought back. After the physician assistant took photos of my face, I waited another 15 to 20 minutes before seeing Dr. Rodney. I completely understand that delays happen, especially in medicine. However, after waiting nearly 45 minutes, I was hoping for a consultation that felt more thorough and personal. My primary concern was post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Dr. Rodney walked me through several treatment options, and I appreciated learning about what was available. What I found myself missing was a conversation focused on me. I wasn’t asked about my current skincare routine, what treatments I’d already tried, or what my goals were before recommendations were made. I even found myself asking what her top three recommendations would be because I wasn’t sure where she felt I should begin. I left wishing the discussion had been more individualized and that I better understood why a particular treatment was the best fit for my skin. The consultation was $200, and many of the treatments discussed were significant investments. That wasn’t an issue for me. I came in fully expecting to invest in my skin if I felt confident in the treatment plan. My expectation was simply that the consultation would provide the level of personalization and guidance that such an investment deserves. Dr. Rodney clearly has an excellent reputation, and I’m sure there are many reasons why so many patients recommend her. I simply hoped for a consultation that spent more time getting to know me, my skin, and my goals before arriving at a treatment plan. Had that been my experience, I would have felt much more confident moving forward with my care at Eternal Dermatology.
