This was my 1st time visiting this office. Everyone here is very efficient and kind. I came for mole removal and chemical peel. They removed all of my moles same day and gave me my first of 4 chemical peels. Highly recommend this Doctor and her staff. Extremely professional!!

When I walked in, it was clearly a busy morning, but the receptionist handled EVERYTHING with so much grace and professionalism. The lobby stayed calm, everyone was taken care of, and patients were seen in and out with no issues.
Dr. Rodney is incredible….truly the best of the best and so knowledgeable on my treatments. She made me feel like I was her only patient. Kayla, her medical assistant, was just as impressive! professional, efficient, and absolutely wonderful.
Such a great experience from start to finish. Thank you!!

I always experience incredible service from Dr. Rodney and her staff. She is incredibly knowledgeable with spectacular bedside manner and always makes me feel encouraged and welcome. So happy I found her! As a person of color, having a doctor who understands my skin matters!

I had an appointment today with Dr. Rodney for an initial chemical peel consultation. I was genuinely excited going in, especially after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed.
The consultation cost $200 and lasted approximately five minutes. During that time, I did not feel that my skin was thoroughly assessed, nor was I asked about my skin type, concerns, or treatment goals. The visit felt rushed and more focused on promoting additional products or services rather than providing a personalized consultation. Before I knew it, the appointment was already over.
I completely understand that running a business comes with many challenges; however, a patient-centered experience is extremely important—especially during an initial consultation. That said, the staff were kind and welcoming, which I appreciated and felt helped offset the experience to some degree.
As a healthcare provider myself, I strongly value patient care and individualized attention, and I believe those elements are essential to building trust and delivering quality care.

I highly recommend Eternal! I am on my 3rd chemical peel out of a course of 4 and have already noticed a huge improvement in my skin texture. On top of the results, the staff is always friendly. Dr. Rodney is also extremely nice, and I feel safe with her expertise!
