Dr. Hwang is an outstanding individual. She is such a knowledgeable, attentive, and comforting doctor who really cares and takes the time to sit with you to discuss any of your health concerns and then thoroughly explains effective treatment plans.
Krista, Dr. Hwang’s Receptionist/Assistant is incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming who maintains clear communication and scheduling/assistance with all their patients. I highly recommend this Dermatology practice and feel lucky to have found them!

I received laser hair removal at this clinic and was very disappointed with the experience.
Most modern laser hair removal devices now come with built-in cooling systems that provide simultaneous pain control and skin protection during treatment. However, this clinic relied solely on ice packs for numbing, which felt outdated and ineffective compared to current standards.
There was little explanation about the laser being used, the technology behind it, or why older methods were chosen. The treatment felt rushed and lacked the level of professionalism and transparency I would expect from a medical-based skin clinic.
Overall, this clinic does not appear to keep up with current laser technology or best practices. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for modern, well-managed, and patient-centered cosmetic treatments.

Toni was amazing!! I loved my service with her and she is so great at explaining/answering questions! Plus the staff was so sweet. Definitely will be coming back :)

You will have a fantastic experience if you go here. I had my first laser treatment at this spa. I was nervous about the procedure until I met So Young (my doctor) all of my worries melted away. She is lovely. She is honest, patient, and is as sincere as she can be. She cares about her work and she cares about her patients. As for the procedure itself, my 1x1 laser tattoo removal wasn’t painful (and So Young consistently made sure I was comfortable and explained to me how the machines work). I would describe the sensation as a rubber band shooting my skin. She is also very precise with the laser. She definitely knows what she is doing. As for the rest of the staff, they are all very attentive. The staff stays on top of things, they are genuinely helpful and kind. All around I had a great experience.
