I was charged $50 for an appointment I didn’t know I had. When I called said they sent me a message and a text reminding me. I keep all my messages and never received anything from fisher Derm. That is a bad policy especially when you can not opt out. That means every year I have to make sure I review my messages and texts until…….😡

This place looks good inside and clean BUT the stuff at the front desk are rude and nasty. They always talk like they have an attitude. This Dermatologist office will keep rescheduling your appointment's over and over. They just rescheduled me for the 3rd time today the lady at the front desk was so nasty to me I was so mad I was crying she hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor or nurse. I called back @1130am she said everyone was at lunch

If the doctor says she will send an Rx to a pharmacy for you, ask her specifically when. I had an appointment Tuesday at 1 p.m., and as of today, Wednesday at 4:30, the pharmacy has not received one. The doctor's office closes at 4:30, so there goes another day.
I am not too sure I trust her diagnoses, but I'll go along with her for the time being.

Don't waste your time. The "doctor" treated me on 3 separate occasions for common hand warts with liquid nitrogen. I was expecting the charges for all 3 visits to be the same, but since the "doctor" froze 2 additional spots (16 instead of 14) the charges for the last visit were close to double what I had paid on the previous visits. The worst part is, $800 later and EVERY wart is still there!

I tried to schedule an appointment for a suspicious skin lesion. Mentioned I had a doctor’s referral and the earliest appointment I could get was 3 weeks away. I Would imagine that for a dermatologist, suspicious skin lesions are a priority. I am not sure waiting 3 weeks coincides with “priority” in this situation.
