I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Burgess over the past few months while receiving filler and Botox. She is both professional and friendly which immediately put me at ease. From the start, she listened to what I wanted- a natural, refreshed look rather than anything overdone. Dr. Burgess took the time to explain the process and made thoughtful recommendations that aligned with my goals. The results were exactly what I hoped for: subtle, natural, and rejuvenating. I honestly feel like it took years off my face while still looking completely like myself. I am very satisfied withe the outcome and would absolutely recommend Dr. Burgess!

My appointment with Doctor Burgess was excellent. She’s very knowledgeable and pays attention to your concerns which makes for a warm environment. The office is clean with a modern feel to it. The only issue I had was with the follow-up. I asked for an appointment summary and was told that they would reach out to my insurance to make sure my prescriptions were covered, however, my appointment was in November ‘25, it is now February ’26 and neither of these things have been done. I’ve called multiple times and have been promised a call back but still haven’t received it. I hope others have a different experience than I have.

I initially liked the doctor and trusted her expertise, but unfortunately my experience left me feeling misled.
I originally went in for a consultation about a biostimulator treatment. The doctor explained that she didn’t believe I needed it, and I appreciated her honesty and agreed. Instead, she recommended a different approach using HA filler and Botox. I felt comfortable proceeding with a small amount of filler.
During the consultation, she also suggested filling in my hairline. While I agreed to discuss it, this was not something I originally came in for or brought up myself.
I was clearly told that if I proceeded with filler, my consultation fee would be waived. Based on that understanding, I moved forward with the treatment. However, at checkout I was still charged the consultation fee on top of the filler, which was already quite expensive.
When I questioned this, I was told the consultation fee applied because other areas were discussed. That explanation doesn’t feel fair to me, as I did not bring up the hairline treatment myself, and it was introduced by the doctor during the appointment. If this policy existed, it should have been clearly explained beforehand.
Overall, I left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of, which is unfortunate because I initially trusted the doctor and was prepared to become a returning client.
