I cannot recommend Dr. Harris and her nursing assistant highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the entire team demonstrated exceptional warmth and professionalism. Dr. Harris has a truly outstanding bedside manner—she is kind, takes the time to listen to all of my concerns, and explains things clearly. I never felt rushed during my appointment. The medical assistant was equally wonderful, making me feel completely comfortable and at ease. It is rare to find a clinic where the whole staff is this empathetic and attentive. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a truly caring healthcare experience!

I entered the office very upset. I was sure I had skin cancer. I was in the office 10 minutes and was smiling. In 5 more minutes, I was laughing. The staff were kind, friendly, happy - so contagious. Then ON TIME Clifford Amos, PA-C came to examine my possible skin cancers. I was actually disappointed that he said I had none. Disappointed????? Yes he, his assistants, the front desk staff were so lovely, caring, light, happy that all I wanted was to come back. I got an "ALL is WELL". I saw other patients leave and they were as wonderfully pleased as I was. He deserves a 300 out of a 1 to 10 rating. Dr. Amos took the time to explain his diagnosis.

I am a natural disaster survivor and I have a rare environmental injury that has severe longterm impact (ultimately deadly) on all bodily symptoms, which I’ve been struggling with for nearly the last 15 years. It has been a relentless battle - countless specialists, more surgeries, appointments, diagnostic procedures than I can or care to count. Every single aspect of this struggle has been dehumanizing to the extreme. I had no idea that it was possible to sit down with a medical professional and feel heard, seen, attended to and cared about as though I were an actual human being. Never once, in all of this time, have I ever cried in a doctor’s office…out of relief (and then again as soon I got in my car, out of gratitude to feel validated as a human being). I almost don’t want to share her name because I selfishly don’t want to make it more difficult for me to get an appointment with her, but she deserves to be recognized. Julie Catlin is an absolute angelic legend! Every member of the staff was considerate, compassionate, courteous, and took their time to show great CARE for the PERSON in front of them - instead of treating me like a series of problems I’ve imagined or that are just my own damn hysterical fault. Thank you, Advanced Dermatology! Even in knowing objectively difficult diagnostic news awaits me, this is the very first time I’ve EVER experienced HOPE in a medical setting, or people that actually CARE about other people, and coworkers that really seem to care about their work and enjoy being around each other. Also, JC made a punch biopsy (on my face!) easier, less agonizing, and more graceful than any blood draw or simple finger prick I’ve experienced (lotsa emphasis on the ‘prick’ part, experienced plenty of them). FINALLY - a medical office that remembers the Hippocratic oath, not only in theory but in practice! THANK YOU, JULIE CATLIN! Thank you, Advanced Dermatology!

My appointment went quickly and smoothly. Office and support staff were friendly and efficient. I saw Clifford Amos for my visit. He was excellent! Very knowledgeable. I will be seeing him for skin check needs in the future.
