Julie Catlin is wonderful. She doesn’t keep you waiting. She’s very thorough and listens well to all concerns. She is also good at explaining everything.
Your appointment confirmation system is ridiculous! It does not give you the opportunity to confirm, repeats the recording twice, and calls multiple times. It’s extremely frustrating.
Otherwise, my experience was great.

Dr. Harris, nurses, and office staff were very friendly and helpful! I appreciated her positive outlook and willingness to answer my questions. Wait time wasn't long and billing and scheduling was quick and easy. Thanks!

I had an appointment with Dr. Clifford Amos yesterday, and as always, he was amazing. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to listen and explain things clearly—I always feel comfortable and well taken care of during my visits with him.
That said, my experience with the nurse was a bit off-putting. When I showed her my concern, her reaction made me feel a little uncomfortable. I understand it may not have been her intention, but a more neutral and reassuring response would have been appreciated.
Overall, I still highly recommend Dr. Amos for his excellent care, and I’ll definitely continue seeing him.

They literally go above and beyond I had to bring my four-year-old daughter with me and they just were so wonderful towards her and me. My daughter felt so good. They were quick and made my appointment very easy and smooth for me. Definitely my favorite dermatologist establishment I’ve ever been to.

I saw Dr. Harris for the first time today. She was very warm and cheery, as well as her assistant Lexi. She listened to my concerns, we talked about treatment history, alternatives, and follow up. The office is clean and quiet. It was a great experience! I definitely recommend!
