I called up for an appointment as a new client and not only did they fit me in quick, they were GREAT! Drew and Karen were who treated me and they are both top notch. They diagnosed me, and did the procedure all in ONE visit! I can't say enough about them. Now my Father is going to use them after I told him the great experience. Go elsewhere! I had MOHs surgery over 6 weeks ago & have been in agony ever since. Thompson did the closing & the scar from infection & stitches being embeded is really bad!

I had a very good visit today with MICHELE KASSIEN, NP. This is my second appointment with her. I find her to be knowledge and a very nice person. I had no problem with the front desk person. She was very nice to me and everyone I saw her assist. The medical assistant was very nice. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy and it was ready by the time I got home. I had a wait time of about 30 minutes after my appointment time and I arrived 15 minutes early. I didn't mind the wait. I know they have to spend more time with some patients than others. I wasn't rushed and in my opinion, I was given good care. I would recomment the practice and especially Michele.

Don’t even bother. When you call you can not get in touch with a single person. Straight to voicemail or the voicemail box is full. I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 days to reschedule an appointment and I’ve gotten nothing. Tried calling the Dover office to see if they can do anything but I’ve been waiting on hold for 10+ minutes….its only 8:30am. Don’t waste your time.
