Do not come to this office if you would like to receive any dermatology help or care. I could not even tell you the name of my dermatologist because each time that I have seen her it has felt like a race to get me diagnosed and out of the office without taking the time to get my medical history. I also have never felt more uncomfortable in an office, as my medical records were being discussed in the hallway outside of my room prior to my exam. This was then followed by the door being left wide open after my exam while I was in a gown. Bedside manner truly was lacking here and I cannot urge enough to do a refresh training on these behaviors so hopefully future patients do not have to deal with this.

Come to get your moles checked but stay for Kylie ... she is the manager and could not be a better fit for the position. she follows through with what she's going to do, she's compassionate, kind, and professional . I've been to Anne Arundel Dermatology in Annapolis, and it was a wonderful experience, and I know that my appointment next week will be the same here in Easton.

I drove round trip 162 Miles for the appt I waited one month to attend. 1> There was No Text or Call Confirming the appt the day before. 2> I did not get a Text or Call or Voicemail or Email saying the office was closing due to a Provider quitting a couple days before (I hear it is not the only one quitting lately. 3> They did NOT bother to put a note on the locked Door telling people they were not going to be seeing patients there for a while...
I spoke w/ Danielle (office mgr I believe) who did say "Sorry it happened" (Thx for that). then said it says here we sent you a "Klara Msg" on Friday. B/S. I checked my Vmails and there was not one from them - More B/S.
WellAve (next door) took pity on me and squeezed me in same day. They were amazing...

I loved this office. Staff was so friendly. I had such a good experience I wish all my doctor visits were like this. This office has a beautiful doll house. Worth seeing

Alanna McLaughlin is the most condescending, nasty provider I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. This practice went down hill as soon as Dr. Niebyl was FORCED to retire… She makes rude faces when you’re not looking. If you don’t agree with her she’ll talk down to you, if you ask questions she’ll talk over you. Anne Arundel Dermatology was doing a months long investigation into her conduct to patients and staff. 4/5 patients refused to return after meeting Alanna and I’m 100% positive AA Derm has deleted all of those reviews. Run away, far far away.
