We have been going to Dr. Kang many years. He is a great doctor. The front office staff was not pleasant or welcoming except for the wonderful young woman who checked us in. She made up for their lack of welcoming. There's no reason why the women in the front office can't be nicer. They seem to be too busy chatting with each other.

Been here here twice and so far the place is great. My doctor is great and the front desk lady's are excellent at getting you in and out and very easy going.

I love my provider Lauren Teter, she is wonderful. But I find the front office staff to be incredibly rude and unprofessional for an otherwise really nice office. Especially the older woman with “Tripp” tattooed on her arm who decided to huff and scuff at my balance and loudly announce it to the other staff and waiting room that she would not schedule me for another appointment because of it. People fall under financial hardship for all types of reasons but to embarrass a patient with their personal financial status announced outloud to everyone is incredibly rude and unprofessional and could have been handled differently.

Today was my first appointment with this team after nearly two decades since I last saw a dermatologist. From the online booking to the in-office check-in and consultation, my entire experience was great and efficient. Within five minutes of checking in, I was back being seen by a doctor and assistant, who listened closely to my concerns, provided a detail explanation of my care plan, and had me out within 10 minutes.

I had a very experience with this office. They are very caring and attentive. Lauren Teter and Sammy Kang were absolutely amazing and compassionate in their approach with my skin issues.
