The staff was great. I'm older and not so great with new technology,. the receptionist sat with me and filled out the computer part of the new patient sign in. The Dr. Was so personable.

Dr Germanas is a very compassionate and excellent doctor. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Germanas quickly diagnosed my condition and clearly explained my treatment as well as the impact my other medical conditions have on it. I highly recommend him and the staff at the Mt. New patient. Arrived literally 1 minute past their “allowed” late window and was turned away by an undertrained front desk clerk, Rosalin. Drove 45 minutes just to be sent back home. Not exactly the kind of patient experience that makes anyone want to return.

Really appreciated my appointment here! Tami McKinney was such a calm and informative PA. I was so nervous about a procedure and she offered various options on paths we could take to best find a solution. Her assisting nurse/CNA was also very helpful!
