New patient. Arrived literally 1 minute past their “allowed” late window and was turned away by an undertrained front desk clerk, Rosalin. Drove 45 minutes just to be sent back home. Not exactly the kind of patient experience that makes anyone want to return.

Really appreciated my appointment here! Tami McKinney was such a calm and informative PA. I was so nervous about a procedure and she offered various options on paths we could take to best find a solution. Her assisting nurse/CNA was also very helpful!
