Awful communication. Appointment was canceled without my knowledge but a confirmation message was still sent less than a week before appointment. I confirmed via text. They confirmed my confirmation. I come in today during rush hour and find out I’m not on the schedule. They’d canceled. They had contacted me, but never spoke to me. Still sent out the confirmation because it’s “automated.” If my appointment had already been canceled then why are you sending me a confirmation text the Saturday before a Thursday appointment? If you never heard from me, and saw that I confirmed, why no email or phone call after to let me know? So I don’t waste my time and gas to get up here just to be turned away. Front desk was kind but this seems like a management issue. Why is there not a better protocol.

I made an appointment for my infant daughter to treat her hemangioma. I indicated her age and the reason for the visit when making the appointment on Zocdoc. After we had to wait an hour past our appointment time, the provider came in and immediately told us she couldn’t treat our daughter because she did not have pediatric expertise. There is no excuse for why we were allowed to make an appointment for services they cannot offer, or why no one contacted us prior to the appointment. Between the lateness and our commute, my husband and I lost several hours of our work day while we had to disrupt our baby’s sleep schedule for nothing. And of course, the office took our copay.

Seems like a nice, friendly place. Everyone was great. I was in an out before I knew it. The front desk lady, Kirsten the assistant, and Amanda Bender were all efficient and explained everything. I didn't realize they closed at 4pm. It was a Friday. I was a little late for my 3:15, but they have a 15 min grace period Thank God. For a very first visit, late on a Friday, when everyone had a long week and wanted to go home, I felt like I was still taken care of just fine. Thanks for making me feel like I was important. 🙂

Absolutely terrible! Would not recommend. Had 3 appointments over 4 months, showed up 15 minutes early all 3 times and proceeded to wait over an hour and a half each time. Not happy and not cared for, horrendous patient service.Go anywhere else.

I had an absolutely traumatizing experience at this practice. Was misdiagnosed by a PA with a progressive, incurable and disfiguring issue within a five minute appointment. Bedside manner was atrocious and the diagnosis was given with hardly more than a several second glance and no comfort or consideration for how this diagnosis could affect someone’s mental state. I left in shock. Ended up searching out two separate second opinions from licensed dermatologists who both assured me that I was misdiagnosed. I will never return and never recommend.
