Hannah Rose was so nice. She made it so easy and comfortable. A full body scan for skin cancer is not something anyone wants to do, but she made it so easy and painless. Thank you! Second appointment: Dr. Dawn and her assistant Cameron were absolutely amazing! So kind and friendly, putting me at ease, while also staying professional and doing an amazing job. I am petrified of medical offices. The ladies make you feel very welcomed! You are quickly checked in and not long after, called to the back. Dr. Dawn is so awesome, fast and has A very soothing, calming voice. This was my 2nd visit with a small procedure and it was a breeze! These ladies made me so comfortable and my mind was at ease! Highly recommend!!!

Huge shoutout to Nurse Practitioner Kelsey Reed and the receptionist for their excellent care and customer service. I was a little upset after driving to my appointment and learning that my provider was unable to see me due to an insurance credentialing issue that I had not been informed about beforehand.
Thankfully, the receptionist quickly helped arrange for me to see Kelsey. Kelsey was kind, professional, informative, and took the time to address all of my concerns. Both she and the receptionist turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you both for your compassion, professionalism, and dedication to patients!

The staffs at this office are very professional and friendly, Dr Alexander was very patient and attentive. Got me the right prescription. The nurse sent it so promptly that my pharmacy notified me before I was done checking out. When I needed prior authorization, it was sent within minutes. This I appreciate and means a lot to me.

They were initially charging $453 for one consultancy visit that took less than 10 minutes - no operation, no work at all basically
And it’s not even the time thats the issue, but it is the general lack of attention to detail and the assistant (if i remember correctly i was seen by some assistant doctor or similar) really did not seem to care at all about my case or listen to what i was saying - i cant believe im saying this, but a google search was more useful than this visit.
Insurance brought it down to $182 , which is still insane for the pretty useless service i got.
So, im out $182 and i am still going to another dermatologist office who care enough about their patients.
It was a mistake going here but i didnt know any better initially.
