I had scheduled an appointment for may 18th a month in advance since they had no openings (I saw the reviews on Google and it says they have good reviews, unfortunately businesses pay Google to filter out the un-desired reviews). The same day I was rescheduled while I was on my way to my appointment which was at 10 am, which was no issue besides the fact I was 5 minutes away from the building. I was then rescheduled 3 other times in the span of not even 2 days.. I finally get an appointment for today, I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and high risk at that.. There was no parking.. I also had a hard time finding the office since I’ve never been here before. I had called 3 times to inform them I couldn’t find the office and texted their text line. I was put on hold 1 time and hung up on the other two times. I then get to the appointment around 11:25 and is told that I have to Reschedule my appointment because of the 15 minute grace period. The hypocrisy is unreal.. I only gave them 3 Stars because I want people to see a real review as well.. would give 1 star if they didn’t delete them…

I went to see Dr. Ferrera for what I thought to be a yeast infection in my armpit. He told me he thought it was “chub-rub” from my armpit essentially chaffing from gaining weight while being pregnant. Mind you, I was early on in my pregnancy and never met this doctor prior for him to know of any “weight gain”. That was a red flag for me already. He did do a swab to test for yeast and bacteria. I never heard anything back from the results so I assumed everything was fine. Still over a month later I have the same rash and I decided to just log into my portal, turns out I have the bacteria in my armpit that causes a staph infection. I am pregnant and was not notified of this bacterial infection. This is a highly dangerous bacteria and no on notified me from the office. I’m highly disappointed from my whole experience and so thankful I decided to check my portal. This infection could have been treated a while ago. Today is April 6th and I was swabbed on February 26th . I don’t recommend this office at all

My experience with Denisha and Dr. Goldstein was ideal. I was hesitant to ask too many questions because I know their office is so busy, but skin care has become very important to me as I enter my 50’s… and the internet is saturated with information and marketing directed toward aging women who want to age gracefully and take care of our skin - yet not all of us can afford to spend a fortune
Denisha was lovely, kind, and patient when I mentioned I had a few (more than a few) questions. She answered all of them, and then even asked her own in order to gain more information current routines and needs.
Dr. Goldstein came in for the purpose of our visit and then proceeded to answer my unrelated but pressing questions about aging skin care ;) She was knowledge, honest, direct and to the point, which is exactly what I was looking for! At the end of the day, I gained so much important information in a short period of time that will all make a real difference for me and save me money knowing what is worth my money and what is not worth my money.
I should also say that if you’re thinking of asking your own questions at your appointment, please do keep in mind that there are super busy. I recommend knowing your questions ahead of time in prioritizing so you can maybe get some answers but also not hold them up… I’d imagine that if they answered everyone’s never ending questions, they’d never eat or make it home to their families 😉
