Called this office several times multiple times a week with no answer nor call back. I had to visit the office twice just to get simple questions answered. Customer service has to be better.

Very shrewd front desk manager with no regard for patient inconvenience. It appears like she upholds the doctor's work ethic because she has been the front desk manager for approximately 4-5 years. During the COVID period, I scheduled for laser hair removal treatment. I traveled from Washington DC to keep my appointment (50 minute drive time). When I got to the front desk the front desk manager told me that I could not get the laser treatment because the nurse that did the treatment would only treat clients who received the COVID vaccine. I was not called in advance about the COVID vaccination policy. I asked if I could at least be reimbursed $10.00 for the gasoline used to get to the appointment. The front desk manager stated that she would note in my record that I should receive a $10.00 credit for any future work I had at the clinic. She appeared to be not affected by my complaint that I was not notified about the COVID vaccination policy. I decided never to return to the office because of the blatant disregard for my inconvenience and not being told in advance about the COVID policy.
Fast forward to January 22, 2025, I got a call from the office on 1/22/2025 about a $1.25 Medicare balance. The same front desk office manager spoke to me and I asked her to deduct the $1.25 from the $10.00 credit she noted in my record for the time I spent going to the office for laser hair removal and I could not get the treatment because of the COVID policy I was never informed about. I also told her she could pay the $1.25 since she did not inform me about the previous COVID vaccination policy for laser hair removal. She told me I was rude, and I was, and should not have been rude. The women is skilled at only doing what is necessary for keeping her job and no More. A call to inform the clients about a previous COVID vaccination policy prior to getting laser hair removal did not concern her one iota at All. I question Dr Walton's integrity by allowing this women to remain at her practice. It has been my experience that people are hired and maintained that are aligned with the covet functioning of the owners or other leaders within an organization for good or worse pratice.

This is my second time coming to get a laser treatment. From scheduling to getting my laser done was very easy. Miss Suzanne was the nurse that did my treatment and I can say she knows her stuff. My hair growth reduced by 95% after my first treatment. She's very attentive, friendly and over all a joy to work. I recommend any trying to get a laser treatment to come here.

Absolutely the best service ever received!
I booked Janelle Medispa - within the website! I called the office and the staff to confirm new customer appointment.
Amyia is very quick and efficient with scheduling! I enjoyed my (6) sessions! The equipment used is updated with a painless air duct attached to the laser machine causing immediate relief!
This is a honest review from a new on-going customer with my technician, Mrs. Lina, she provided grace during every session! 10 ⭐️ stars

I’ve been coming to Suzanne for laser treatments and by the second session I noticed a significant difference in my hair growth. I didn’t have to shave at all. I am extremely happy with my results and ready to move on to the next area of my body! I was hesitant at first but you can’t feel a thing. This has been truly a painless experience! Thank you Suzanne!!
