Scheduled a procedure after having a consultation. Arrived for procedure after taking off work. Dermatologist said he was not comfortable performing the procedure and I needed to go to a vascular center to have a lipoma removed. They made me pay a copay and would not refund it. Missed a day at work and paid a copay. The biling dept. is a complete nightmare. They never had anyone available and finally nearly 3 weeks later a billing supervisor reached out and told us to pound sand. We will not use this place.

Billing for the same procedure varied from $50 to $350 for seemingly no reason. After wasting several hours on the phone they eventually relented, but what if I didn’t bother calling? Securing a prescription through this office was extremely confusing and required a lot of follow up calls between the office, the pharmacy, and insurance. Not recommended unless you have lots of free time to spend tracking down problems on the phone.

Several dermatologists are really good. Todd McCloskey is careful and knowledgeable. He does a good job.
Other comments you see about this being like a factory are fair. There's always a mass of people around the front desk and waiting. It's not a small practice
I've been to three other dermatologists in the County. The treatment I get here is far better than any of them. I can tolerate a cold shoulder from the admin for medical treatment that cares. That's more than I can say for the three other dermatologists.

After reading all of the negative reviews, I was reluctant to make an appointment but did so anyway. I'm so very glad that I did! The office staff were very friendly!! My wait time was short. The facility was spic and span clean. I saw Todd McCloskey. He was very pleasant, friendly and professional. He took his time giving me an exam and explained everything! I will see him again next year!

I feel horrible about writing this review because the physicians are great but THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. The operatories are unsanitary! I just was at an appointment with my son. When they went to lay my son back, they grabbed a pillow from under the chair and it was covered in DRIED BLOOD!! YES, DRIED BLOOD. See picture!!!
To make matters worse, the covers they used to put over those pillows we out of the box and loose under the bloody pillow.
There was no sign of surface disinfectants to be seen.
Not to mention the front desk staff is on their own time and not very pleasant. We waited for the check out girl to finish her conversation before she beckoned us over. I had questions about my insurance and all she handed me was a 1800 number to call.
Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost!
