Absolutely do not recommend. I had an appt with Dr. Crawford today at 8am. I ended up waiting over an hour and later went to ask the front desk what was going on as I saw everyone I came in with had already been called up and then new people who came in after me was being called. When I told her I had another obligation at 10am and to determine what my wait time would be at the the hour and 15 min mark, she told me that Dr. Crawford was still in. a surgical procedure that is running over. At this point, its now almost 9:30am and I have to reschedule my appt in order to attend my other obligation at 10am. I later rescheduled for a telehealth appt just so I can still be seen this week, the front desk receptionist told me I would get a confirmation right away. . Its now been over 12 hours and still nothing.
Its very unfortunate because as a Clinician and Provider myself, I have never treated my patients in this way. I find it beyond disrespectful and honestly a really bad lack of professionalism to treat another human being in this way. I more than likely will end up going elsewhere as the quality of care that I have already recieved her is very subpar.

I had an appointment and when I got there they told me the doctor was over 1 1/2 hour behind. Mind you my appointment was at 10:00am, how are you that far behind that early in the morning? I took off work and used my leave to drive up there for them to tell me of the wait time. Why not have called me and other patients ahead of time to let us know of the delay. If the the staff would’ve given me a call I would have cancelled then. Also keep in mind I had talked to two staff members on the phone that morning (and even 30 min before my appt) inquiring about location and no one thought that was a good time to notify me of the wait??? The front desk also did not care at all nor were they apologetic or accommodating. I wanted to support this place and get me the help I needed but this kind of incompetence made me want to try somewhere else.

I had an appointment at the Alexandria office on January 19, 2026 for a cyst on my face. I received antibiotics and was told to schedule an appointment for the removal in a month. I went to the Ft. Washington location today (February 20, 2026), for this follow-up.
First let me say, I called the office and left a message on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 and it is Friday and I still do not have a call back.
I arrived at the office at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm appointment. They came and got me at 2:11pm, put me in a room and at 2:45, I still had not seen the doctor. I left!
It is absolutely ridiculous to have me sitting in a room waiting for a doctor to come look at my face because I could not have the procedure done today, I was told it had to be scheduled. So why was I in this room for 30 minutes waiting? My time is important too. I am so frustrated. If I had shown up for the appointment at 2:45 would you see me? I think we all know the answer and I would be billed for a missed appointment. I will NEVER EVER go back to this location for any type of service, my recommendation would be to find another dermatology practice!

MALPRACTICE!!!!
1. Failure to provide continuity of care
2. Patient abandonment
3. Unprofessional conduct
4.Failure to meet the standard of care
THE PHARMACY AND I HAVE CALLED THIS OFFICE FOR 35 DAYS STRAIGHT AND NOBODY ANSWERS OR RETURNS CALLS to refill prescriptions. THIS IS MALPRACTICE—LEAVING PATIENTS WITH NO WAY TO REACH THE OFFICE, A DOCTOR, OR OBTAIN MEDICATION. This is for the Fort Washington, MD location. THE PHARMACY AND I HAVE CALLED THIS OFFICE FOR 35 DAYS STRAIGHT AND NOBODY ANSWERS OR RETURNS CALLS. THIS IS MALPRACTICE—LEAVING PATIENTS WITH NO WAY TO REACH THE OFFICE, A DOCTOR, OR OBTAIN MEDICATION. This office treated me in 2025. During open enrollment for 2026, I changed insurance providers and my new insurance needed a pre-authorization for the medication I am prescribed. I and the pharmacy tried to call this office for 35 days straight, multiple times a day in order to refill a prescription that I inject every 2 weeks. Regardless of what prompt you select on their office greeting, you never reach a live person. When you leave messages for a nurse, or to request a refill on a prescription, NOBODY returns the call. UNACCEPTABLE.

I arrived for my appointment and the waiting room was filled with patients who had been waiting hours for appointments with the doctor I was there to see. The ONLY doctor on staff. There were no updates or apologies, just “she’s running behind”. Three of us had to reschedule. It’s disrespectful to people who take time off of their work to travel to an appointment and have a medical concern to be kept waiting hours and left with no option but reschedule and do it all over again.
