The entire staff and Dr. Paulina have been more than wonderful. Very compassionate and professional are the two adjectives that come to mind immediately. Respectful of time, I rarely wait more than a few minutes for my appointments. Though I have, in my mind, a lot of work needed done, I'm seeing steady and expected improvements. It's definitely improved my self esteem and confidence. They absolutely, and kindly, help those in need.

Two years in, I still walk into this dermatology practice and marvel at how smoothly everything runs. I've never once been kept past my appointment time. Initial intake was done on an iPad, digital notes, and photos mean the team already knows my history before I sit down. Dr Kon listens carefully, proposes treatment that makes sense, and my skin has shown exceptional results. I recommend them without hesitation.

Dr. Alex and his nurse were absolutely wonderful. They were both so kind, patient, and understanding with me throughout my entire visit. I was extremely shy and nervous at first, but they immediately made me feel comfortable and never made me feel embarrassed or rushed.
They never pressured me into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with. They took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I really appreciated how gentle and respectful they were.
It’s not always easy for me to feel comfortable in situations like this, but their kindness and patience made such a difference. I truly felt listened to, respected, and cared for. I’m very grateful for the way they treated me and would definitely recommend Dr. Alex and his nurse to anyone looking for compassionate and understanding care.

Dr. Saund is the best! She is not only knowledgeable about dermatology, but she also knows how to communicate effectively with her patients. She educated me on my condition and gave me several options of how to resolve my issue. She allowed me to share my feelings of what I was experiencing, even though I’m pretty sure she already knew what I was going through. Most importantly, being heard is very important to Me. She also spoke in terms that I could understand and how to help me incorporate these changes into my everyday life. She is very pleasant to speak with,, she shares her emotions and clinical information at the same time. I will refer everyone to her and this practice.

This practice is great. Dr. Crouse is an excellent provider and has a really lovely bedside manner.
Only thing that aggravates me about this practice is that their phone tree is difficult to navigate and the subsequent AI assistant is beyond frustrating. I know this practice is incredibly busy, but I wish there was an easier or faster way to get through to someone.
