Currently in the process of having two tattoos removed and very happy so far. The clinic is very nice and well kept, the staff is friendly and easy to work with, and Dr. Adrian is very personable and does top notch work. It is more expensive than other tattoo removal clinics but you get what you pay for.
Just finished my treatment with Dr Adrian and I am beyond thrilled. I had a consult with him after having 2 babies, back to back, difficult pregnancies. I needed to refresh, repair, and boost my skin. I was used to a super aggressive approach by my nyc providers. Dr Adrian approached things so differently, layered my treatment, much less invasive or aggressive, and shifted as needed as the results started showing. I’m so happy I trusted his treatment plan. I sent a friend to him who is also very happy with their results. His prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering his level of expertise. If I inquired about a service he didn’t think was worth it, he would let me know it would be a waste of money. Staff is phenomenal, office is very easy to access and park.
Dr. Adrian is very professional and works quickly. He and his team create a welcoming environment and are great at making me feel comfortable during my appointments. I highly recommend coming here for laser removal!
A few years ago, I went to Center for Laser Surgery and received subcision treatment. While the procedure itself was performed, the overall experience left me feeling rushed and unsupported afterward. What stood out most to me was the lack of post-operative guidance. After the procedure, I was essentially told I could leave without being given much follow-up guidance. For a procedure involving facial scarring and healing, I believe post-op care and patient education are extremely important. Since then, I’ve worked with other providers and realized how much communication, preparation, and recovery support can impact the overall patient experience. I understand every patient’s experience can differ, and this was several years ago, so things may have changed since then. But personally, I left feeling like the procedure side was prioritized more than the patient-care side of the experience.
Unfortunately my experience for hair removal was disappointing. I was treated for a small area by Kristin, the nurse at the center. After the first session, I did notice some improvement, which was encouraging. However, after the second session, I began to see new hair growth. When I raised this concern, I was told that the laser can “trigger sleeping hair.” For the third session, yet the issue persisted — not only was the hair still there, but it seemed even more noticeable. Clients invest time, money, and energy expecting effective hair "removal," not increased growth. This outcome was not what I signed up for and I had to continue the process with another laser office.
