Nina is an excellent provider and it is an absolute pleasure to be seen by her! She is professional and always strives to do what is best for her patients. Last year I went for multiple sessions of laser tattoo removal to lighten a tattoo in preparation for a cover up. Neil was honest and clear about how much lightening could be expected over how many sessions. I purchased a package and came over a period of many weeks to get the treatment. Everyone that I interacted with was kind and patient. Neil has a welcoming bedside manner, is easy to talk to, and explains what he's doing and how it works before he does anything.
Photos were taken at the beginning of every session to see the progress. Neil always offered options (tension balls to hold, numbing cream, etc.) to help with the treatment, as it is painful, but he lets you choose and explains how numbing cream could also affect the results. He was also able to do another type of laser to help reduce some of the scar tissue from the tattoo (not from the lasering!) that caused raised skin.
The tattoo lightened very well, and I was able to get a cover up once my skin healed. The coverup is actually quite delicate and not at all a blast over/a lot of black ink. I can't even tell that the old tattoo is underneath because it was lightened so well.
Also, unrelated to the tattoo laser removal, I had also asked about getting laser treatments for my face on my first visit. I'd been self conscious about my skin due to a lot of acne over the years. Neil looked at my face and was honest about how my skin didn't need that treatment, and actually looked good for my age. I really appreciated it because he didn't just say yes and do the treatment for the money. He gave an honest answer as a professional who can tell whether or not an expensive treatment is really going to make a significant enough difference for the patient to pursue or if a milder and cheaper option would be just fine/better.

I have nothing but good things to say about this office. I got laser tattoo removal and the process was so quick and easy. Everybody there is so professional and personable. The price was very fair and I am extremely happy with my results. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for laser treatments!

First off, big snaps to the interior designer! Amazing work there. I received laser hair removal from Krystal, simply superb. She made me feel comfortable throughout the experience and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and this group. Also whatever machine they have is top notch. I actually noticed improvement after just one treatment! (Obviously this is personal experience, just saying it’s legit!) hope this helps!
